About DanaFit

Dana Keller is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach, with over 30 years of personal and professional experience in her field. Born into an active family, exercise was always a big part of her life; she ran cross country for the University of Washington, power-lifted on a national level, has participated in full and half marathons, and continues to be highly involved in youth athletics. Now in her early fifties, this feisty, red-headed Scorpio is determined to help her clients obtain stronger and healthier bodies and mindsets that set them up for future success.

Dana is passionate about helping people of all skill levels and ages. Her clients range from beginners to seasoned athletes, and from teenagers to seniors who are forever young at heart. She helps her clients see their strengths, both inside and out, and has been told that her training sessions double as therapy for many.

DanaFit is an online and mobile personal training service. Dana comes to you, either through your mobile device or to your home. No excuses! At-home training is available in the following Seattle neighborhoods: Queen Anne, Fremont, Wallingford, Magnolia, and central Ballard. Dana will bring portable equipment if you don’t have any (the abandoned elliptical behind your Christmas storage does not count)! Rates start at $75/session for a single session. Double and Group Sessions are also available.

If you don’t live within range or are unwilling to fight traffic to get your healthy fix, fear not! Online training via Trainerize, a user-friendly software, begins at $50/month, and can utilize whatever amount of equipment as you have access to. Dana will set up a plan tailored just for you!


Online Training is a fitness program designed by a personal trainer that you are able to access via your smart phone, tablet, or computer. Online Training is significantly less expensive than a personal trainer at your local gym and can be utilized from any location!

Online Training can work for anyone but is better suited for someone who has a little experience with resistance training and/or cardiovascular training. The perfect candidate is fairly motivated to work out on their own but wants to be accountable to someone who can give them guided instructions and workout plans.

The great thing about Online Training is that you can do it at home, when you are traveling, at the gym, outside… almost anywhere! Your workouts are always with you.
