Dana is an ACE certified personal trainer with a special certification in sports conditioning. Her career has spanned over 12 years professionally and over 30 years of living to the edge of her physical abilities. She power-lifted on a national level, competed in cross country running for the U of W and has run several long distance road races. Her B.S. in Psychology has proven to be central in her quest to help others achieve joy to be in their own bodies. Dana currently has a clientele ranging in age from 15 to 83. She has worked with people of all abilities from the beginner to the athlete and will always find a way to make it fun (exception: burpees, I have yet to have anyone tell me they had fun doing those.
Dana is a long-time Seattleite with two busy teenage boys. She likes to take her rescue dog Eddie for walks and loves to listen to true crime podcasts or the Foo Fighters when she runs. Life before kids afforded her time to pursue her passion - acting- and she hopes to return to the stage or screen someday. She does not like to cook😬.
